Breathe. Balance. Be.
Stress & anxiety therapy in London
Supporting adults in London and online who feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking or
stretched beyond capacity.
I help you calm your stress response and reduce anxiety so you can think clearly and respond rather than react.
We build practical skills that create lasting change, giving you the space to lead and live from a steadier, more authentic place.

Feeling off-kilter?
Not quite yourself?
✓ Do you wrestle to keep things in check?
✓ Do your thoughts churn non-stop?
✓ Do you feel overwhelmed by life?
Together, we restore balance and build the inner capacity to meet life with greater clarity and flexibility.
I pride myself in providing a warm, safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment where you feel accepted and respected and will work with you to create a tailored approach of the right techniques to address your specific needs.
When life feels harder than it should
When your stress response stays switched on, everyday life can begin to feel heavier than it needs to. You may notice constant mental chatter, irritability, fatigue or a sense of always being “on”.
This is not a weakness. It is often a sign that your nervous system has been under sustained pressure.
Therapy begins by helping your system settle. From there, we develop the self-awareness needed to recognise your current capacity, understand what is driving your reactions and make intentional adjustments. Without awareness, relief is often temporary. With it, change becomes sustainable.

My name is Anneleen and I work with clients to restore inner balance when life feels overwhelming or stretched beyond capacity.
My approach is solution-focused, collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practice. Sessions are tailored to your situation, goals and values.

Together, we strengthen regulation and practical skills so challenges can be navigated with greater steadiness and clarity.

My goal is to
help you help yourself
We work together to understand what is keeping your stress response switched on and to build the skills needed for lasting change.

Whether you feel caught in anxiety, stretched by ongoing pressure or navigating a significant life transition, the aim is to strengthen your ability to recognise your current capacity, settle your nervous system and respond intentionally rather than react automatically.

Over time, this creates steadiness, clarity and resilience that remain long after therapy ends.

"Thanks so much, I didn’t think it was possible
to get this far and feel
like I have this week. Life changing!"

“Focus on being balanced - success is balance.”
Laila Ali
At the heart of my approach lies the understanding that mind and body function as one integrated system.

I often think in terms of a deeply rooted tree. When upright, it can weather the storms and adapt to the changing seasons.
Therapy focuses on restoring that uprightness so balance, flexibility and resilience become accessible again.

Calm is both a state and a skill
When the nervous system is persistently activated, calm can feel distant or temporary. In our work, we strengthen regulation so calm becomes accessible through practice and awareness.

From there, flexibility and clarity become available.

Our work integrates:
· Nervous system regulation
· Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
· Practical cognitive and behavioural tools
· Breath-based techniques as access points
· Mental fitness skill development

When working with you, I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), breathwork and mindfulness-based interventions. Where appropriate, I may integrate focused hypnotic techniques to support regulation and behavioural change.

Sessions are structured and solution-focused, equipping you with tools you can apply from the outset.
